The Diploma in Clinical Dentistry at Sunwings College of Health, Science, and Technology is a three-year program designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to diagnose, prevent, and treat oral diseases. This program prepares students to work as dental professionals in hospitals, clinics, and community health settings, contributing to improved oral health in Tanzania and beyond.

Program Overview

The program is accredited by the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) and follows the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health (MoH). It combines classroom learning, laboratory practice, and clinical experience to ensure students develop hands-on expertise in dental care.

Upon successful completion, graduates will be competent in oral examination, preventive dentistry, restorative procedures, and minor oral surgeries, working under the supervision of senior dentists or independently in designated healthcare facilities.
